Professor George Hazboun Hazboun holder of a Ph.D. Degree in Private International Law, worked as Professor of law. University of Jordan served as President of the American University of Madaba, Dean of the Faculty of law - The University of Jordan, Visiting Professor of law at the faculty of law - Damascus and at the law Center - Houston - Texas, during Sabbaticals. Professor Hazboun also served as a Board Member of the Institute of Judiciary Jordan, Lecturer in conflict of laws, International contracts, banking courses at the Housing Bank.

Professor Hazboun is the founder of the law firm Hazboun & Co. Since 1979 later the ICLC, Specialized in legal issues (Corporate Litigation & Arbitration) related to Business law, Banking, Construct Contracts (FIDIC), Energy & Petroleum , Maritime and Shipping, Corporate, Aviation, ADR and Arbitration.

Professor Hazboun is a member of various international professional institutions such as:

• The American Arbitration Association (Arbitration Panel)
• The Canadian Arbitration Center
• The ICC National Committee, Jordan
• The ICC Commission on ADR and Arbitration Commission

He is also enlisted as a member of the Jordan Bar Association. Professor Hazboun served as a Sole Arbitrator, Member and Chairman of (Arbitration Panels) in many International and Domestic Arbitration Cases. Also he represented states, Incorporation and Multinationals in his quality as attorney.

His working languages are Arabic, English & French.

Professor Hazboun published forty three legal articles in several reputable Journals, periods and three books on Arbitration, Multinational Corporations, Agencies, Construction Agreements and Energy topics. He contributed in drafting many Laws and Statutes in Jordan, gave consultations as legal Expert to many States,the UNESCO and the World Bank.
