With a special focus on construction, cross-border supply, and financial services disputes, Farah counsels both regional and international clients on high-stakes arbitration and complex commercial litigation. She leads case strategy from emergency measures and evidence management through hearings and enforcement, combining procedural rigor with business practicality. She also counsels on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Scope of practice: Corporate and commercial litigation, financial services & construction disputes, international arbitration (ICC & domestic), contract drafting and negotiation, settlement strategy, corporate governance, and compliance.
